I just had the most wonderful 60th birthday, celebrating with my fans in Beijing and Shanghai last week. My fans were so thoughtful! They all knew that I didn’t want gifts for my birthday so they gave donations instead to my Dragon’s Heart Build a School project. I received donations in currencies from all over the world. I only just had time yesterday to count all your money.

As I promised before, every dollar you donate, I will match it with another dollar. And if you donate a dollar that is attached to a picture (see here), I will match it with two dollars because I will keep your pictures to put in my art gallery for everyone in the world to see.

Will the help of my staff, we counted all of your donations and the total was over HKD$90,000!! That’s a lot of money!! I immediately wrote out a cheque to match that amount.

On top of my birthday donations, fans also had a chance to buy my Making of CZ12 Limited edition Commemorative Book after visiting my JC Film Gallery in Shanghai. As my staff explained on that day, the book was sold at a very special discounted price and all proceeds will be donated to my Dragon’s Heart Charitable Foundation. Once again, thanks to all my fans for buying the book and supporting my charity! Over 390 books were sold that day, raising nearly HKD$50,000.

So the grand total of donations for my Dragon’s Heart Build a School for a Dollar project and Charitable Foundation is over HKD$230,000!!
